NORMAL DELIVERY PERIOD
We undertake to despatch an order for ThermoPros Dental equipment within a 14 working day period, after the order is placed. We will endeavour to use efficient resources to deliver items as quickly as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify all customers if delivery is delayed however, this sometimes is beyond our control and subsequently, we may not be aware of it.


RETURNS POLICY
There is a twenty-eight day returns policy on goods providing the following are adhered to:

• the goods are received back in perfect re-sale condition at our premises (including packaging)
  
• that any postage/shipping charges involved are paid by the customer
  
• there is NO returns policy on used Products.
