Welcome to Thermo Pros, the contracting division of Thermo Solutions, Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, communication with our team, and any services provided by Thermo Pros. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
All work performed by Thermo Pros is defined by written estimates, proposals, or contracts. Work beyond the stated scope will require a separate agreement and may result in additional charges.
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change based on unforeseen site conditions, code requirements, or material availability.
We reserve the right to revise or withdraw estimates at any time prior to contract execution.
We aim to begin and complete projects in a timely manner, but scheduling is subject to material lead times, site readiness, weather conditions, and prior obligations. Delays caused by the customer or third parties may result in schedule adjustments or additional fees.
Payment terms are outlined in your estimate or contract. Late payments may result in interest charges, work stoppages, or collection actions. Returned checks are subject to a fee.
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the worksite
Ensure electrical power, heat, and water are available
Notify us of known hazards or relevant site conditions
Communicate any scheduling changes in a timely manner
We warrant our workmanship for one (1) year from the date of substantial completion, unless otherwise specified. Equipment is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty is void if:
Unauthorized modifications are made
The system is misused or not maintained
Payment is not made in full
Thermo Pros is not liable for:
Delays caused by third parties or force majeure
Pre-existing site conditions or code deficiencies
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
